Ordered a stove at the store in Niagara Falls. Because it was a white stove, it was suggested it would take 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. We were willing to wait. When delivered 6 weeks later, the stove was damaged. The delivery person called the store to let them know. They took the damaged stove away. Shortly after, I was contacted by a representative at the store. I was told I could wait for a replacement to arrive 4 weeks later or cancel the order. There would be no compensation for the delay. So we have not had a stove for 6 weeks and will now not have one for at least another 4 weeks. This customer service interaction is the worst I have ever experienced. People just don't care anymore. It's all about the money. Pretty sad world we live in.

We popped in to have a look at the Bowery Dining Table 6pc set, upon our arrival Ron greeted our family of 6 and was very helpful. He was very informative, and presented the details on the table and bench wonderfully. We made the decision to purchase the Table & bench, with no pressure. It was amazing experience at bricks…!!! Jani helped me with showing me all the stuff I needed. He give me best prices. He spend more than one hour to show the stuff so that I can make better choice. I bought bed mattes and sofa…. Excited for them to arrive 🎉🎉 good service and he is very passionate about his work. He is the best person. I am very happy with the purchase. It was my first purchase from bricks but not the last 😁😁😁

Bought my first couch at Niagara Falls Brick on Saturday. Ron was my sales rep. and he was amazing! Very helpful and answered all my questions and had a few laughs. All the staff was friendly and my new couch is perfect! I would definitely go back...I'm seeing a new fridge in the near future. Dont forget to ask for Ron.

We are very disappointed in the customer service at this store. We were told our furniture would be available for pickup on Tuesday. We arrived at 6:30 pm to pickup and waited 20 minutes before being served only to be told to go back and wait in our truck until they called us, but that they were still unloading the truck and they may not get to us at all. When we circled back to the front to talk to sales, they were very dismissive and said we should have waited for a phone call. It would have been nice if the sales person on Saturday had mentioned that. What a waste of gas and time. An apology would have been nice. Edit: I never received a phone call the next day to let me know my shipment was ready for pickup. I ended up calling the store at 5pm to check and see. Our order is there, and I asked why we weren't called and the woman said that they were too busy to call. That's quite the system you have!
